With over two decades in the entertainment industry, Nesa is a seasoned multi-hyphenate whose work spans television, film, and literature. Her on-screen presence has lit up hit shows including NBC’s Las Vegas, ABC’s Ruby & the Rockits, VH1’s Basketball Wives LA, and Beverly Hills Fabulous, earning her recognition for both charisma and versatility.
Beyond acting, Nesa is a dynamic storyteller—an accomplished writer and producer with a passion for amplifying real voices. She wrote and produced her debut indie film, Teens Are Talking, a bold exploration of youth culture, and authored the eye-opening book Party, Sex & Drugs: A Teenager’s Survival Guide, offering a candid and compassionate look at the challenges teens face behind the scenes of peer pressure and pop culture.

Michele Cannon
Actress / Writer / Producer
Michèle Cannon is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a BA-Theater Arts. She is an alumnus of the famed Karamu Theater in Cleveland, OH and Alliance Theater Umbrella Players and Barbara Sullivan Dance Theater in Atlanta. She has worked extensively in NYC and LA in theater, film and television. Michèle has completed two runs in the Theater For The New City/Xoregos Production “Songs of the Harlem River,” has appeared in “The Runaway” in the New York Fringe Festival and garnered rave reviews for her work in “Calico and Lena” and “Soul Gone Home” also at Theater For The New City. Most recently, she played the role of Rose in “The Withering Rose” at the Hudson Guild Theater. She has featured credited roles in “The Irishman” and “Bad Education.” In addition to acting, she is an accomplished writer and producer and has written numerous screenplays and plays. In 2016, Michèle produced the acclaimed “About Clarence & Me at Theater For The New City and “Harlem Slang,” her one-act adaptation based upon the “language” of Zora Neale Hurston premiered at TFNC in February 2017.
Michèle placed as a screenplay finalist in the 2015 Harlem International Film Festival with “Poochie & Lil Bit” and in the Austin Film Festival Pitch Competition with “34 Stars.” Poochie & Lil Bit placed in the 2016 Stage32/Happy Writers Feature Film Contest. Her screenplay, “Fried Eggs” placed quarterfinalist in 2018 ScreenCraft Drama Contest. “The Unruly One,” a spiritual horror feature film script written after her move to LA was inspired by “Old Hollywood legends” and is an Official Selection of the 2025 Beverly Hills International Film Festival

She is also known in the entertainment world as a celebrity whisperer, having quietly developed iconic storylines for many well-known reality stars.
